Referral Fee Disclosure

WN Properties recommend ancillary service providers from time to time to assist you with your move. Therefore, in compliance with the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations Act 2008, WN Properties must disclose to clients (sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants) the receipt of fees received, including referral fee, within the Estate Agency sector. As well as the vendor's/landlords obligation to pay our commission fees we may also receive a commission/payment/fee, or other reward or benefit known as a referral fee, from ancillary providers for recommending their services. Examples of these are; Blue Q Mortgages 35% of lenders commission to broker, Mullis & Peake Solicitors £100 per completion, Howe Chartered Surveyors £50 building survey referral fee, AIW Assessors £17.50 - £25 per EPC referral and Bushey Hall Inventories 10% per lettings inventory. You are not under any obligation to use the services of any of the recommended providers, though should you accept our recommendation, the provider is expected to pay us the corresponding referral fee. This referral fee is separate from your obligation to pay our agreed fee or commission for selling or letting.
