Zaman has several years of experience in various areas of the property industry. He is a qualified RICS Surveyor and Registered Valuer with detailed knowledge of both Residential Sales, Lettings and Commercial properties. Zaman has a degree in Law, a MSc in Real Estate Finance and Investment and was nominated for, and won the RICS Young Surveyor of the Year Award. Zaman has worked with Councils including Southend On Sea, Babergh and Mid Suffolk as their Estates Surveyor assisting in the Asset Management of their Estate. In addition, Zaman is also the owner and Director of Black Marble Real Estate which is a RICS Regulated Business where he can provide Valuation and Lease advise.

Amina is a fully qualified Teacher and has worked in teaching for the last 10 years. Amina grew up in South Wales where she was involved with the family property business. Before moving to Essex she was as significant part of her family business assisting in the running of a residential and commercial property portfolio and various other businesses such as petrol stations and post offices. Since moving to Essex and giving up teaching she is now bringing her many different skills to Northwood Chelmsford.

Anthony brings over 20 years of distinguished experience as an estate agent, with expert knowledge of the Chelmsford, surrounding areas, and London property markets. He began his career in Cambridge before moving to London, where he worked in some of the capital's most desirable locations with both corporate and boutique agencies, and contributed to an internationally renowned development company on one of London's most prestigious projects.

Since relocating from London to Chelmsford, Anthony has further cemented his reputation through his extensive work across the local area, while maintaining strong relationships with his London-based clients. As Head of Sales, he oversees the seamless operation of Northwood and WN Properties' sales department and possesses a detailed understanding of local residential market trends.

Anthony is passionate about property and takes great pride in guiding homeowners and buyers through every step of their journey. Known for his unwavering commitment, ambition, and exceptional negotiation skills, he is a trusted advisor and a valuable ally in navigating the often complex process of buying or selling a home.

Marina is a highly experienced and well-respected senior lettings negotiator. She joined WN in 2017 and continues to make a significant contribution to our company. Her wealth of knowledge and experience is invaluable to the lettings team. Marina is responsible for conducting valuations, marketing, viewings, and negotiating lease renewals. In her free time, Marina enjoys exploring new places, travelling, and dining out.

Xander joined the lettings team at WN Properties in 2024 as a Lettings Negotiator and was promoted to Senior Lettings Negotiator in 2025 in recognition of his strong performance and dedication to client service. Prior to joining the firm, he gained valuable industry experience at a London agency, where he spent two years developing his expertise after attending university.

Having grown up locally and attended St Martins School, Xander has an in-depth understanding of the area and its property market, allowing him to provide clients with informed guidance and tailored advice. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and clear communication, he works diligently to ensure every transaction runs smoothly from start to finish, consistently earning positive feedback from both landlords and tenants.

Outside of work, Xander enjoys staying active through basketball, golf and regular gym training - a reflection of the energy, discipline and commitment he brings to his professional role.

Francesca Shallow has recently joined WN Properties, where she is now overseeing the property management department. After extensive travels across South America and Australasia with her partner, she brings a wealth of experience and fresh perspectives to her new role. Before joining WN Properties, Francesca served as Customer Operations Manager for an automotive company, where she honed her skills in customer relations and operational efficiency. A graduate of Kent University, Francesca earned her degree in Psychology in 2016, a background that enhances her understanding of client needs and interpersonal dynamics. Having grown up in nearby Billericay, she possesses a good knowledge of the local area, which is an asset in her current position. Francesca is eager to contribute her expertise and insights to the team at WN Properties.

Amanda Juniper became a part-time administrator at WN Properties in 2024, bringing with her a rich background in the estate agency field. With seventeen years of local experience, she has a deep understanding of the estate agent market. Following her time in estate agency, Amanda worked for over six years as a conveyancing clerk at a local solicitor, further enhancing her expertise in the industry. Having lived in the area her entire life and raised a family there, Amanda possesses valuable local insights that benefit clients. She is dedicated to assisting both buyers and sellers, addressing all their queries and guiding them smoothly through the complexities of the house selling and buying process. Her extensive knowledge and personal experience make her a valued member of the team.

Georgia joined the team at the beginning of 2026 as a Sales Negotiator, bringing with her two years of experience in the property industry. Having lived in Brentwood for most of her life and attended St Martin's School, she has a strong understanding of the local area and the surrounding community, which allows her to provide knowledgeable and personable support to clients.

Growing up, Georgia had the opportunity to live in several countries, including Egypt and Australia, and has travelled extensively throughout Asia. These experiences have helped her develop a broad perspective and excellent communication skills when working with a wide range of people.

Outside of work, Georgia enjoys travelling and going on cruises. She also has a keen interest in cars and enjoys staying active through trampolining.

Jackie is true expert in the Chelmsford market. She has been with Northwood Chelmsford since it opened in 2006 almost 18 years ago. Jackie is responsible for the overseeing of the smooth running of Northwoods large residential property management portfolio and has a detailed knowledge of the local residential rental and sales trends.

Marion, a key member of staff has been with Northwood for over 16 years and has worked with Jackie successfully for this period. Marion is the first port of call for any customers, landlords or tenants and oversees the effective administration of the entire business.

Sabrina is an experienced Personal Assistant and Senior Executive Assistant with over 17 years of service at Deloitte, where she supported senior leaders and Executives in a fast-paced professional environment managing confidential communications, supporting strategic priorities and helping teams stay organised and focused. Managing complex schedules, and ensuring day to day operations run smoothly.

Outside of her professional life, she is am a proud mother of two children and a passionate dog lover, who also enjoys regular retail therapy.

Sabrina values loyalty, hard work and is passionate about supporting others and organisations to operate at their very best.

Tracey joined the team in February 2026 as a Property Viewing Guide and, in March, took on the additional role of part-time Sales Administrator. She plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations behind the scenes, while also contributing to successful property viewings and sales outcomes. Tracey is passionate about supporting both buyers and sellers throughout their journey, delivering first-class viewings and a high standard of service at every stage of the buying and selling process. Having lived in Hutton for over 25 years, where she has raised her family, Tracey brings a wealth of local knowledge and insight into the area and its amenities - a valuable asset to our clients.
